Lower body stretch

This video features movements that are intended to stretch your muscles after a rigorous leg workout. Use this video to help prevent tightness and soreness by stretching directly after a hard lower body workout or even a cardio workout. Or if you just want a brief stretch before you start the day.

• elevated surface taller than knees
