LO/OP FIT offers a ton of different workout options inside of the city! The LO/OP Fit program offers several outdoor group fitness classes, including 10 a.m. yoga on the lawn, as well as sunrise kettlebell and bodyweight training sessions on the Sunset Terrace of the Las Olas Beach Garage.
