Mobility Test Five (40s-50s) & (60s-70s):
Leg swing balance
Instruction Reminders:
Start standing on one leg.
Swing lifted leg forward & up in line with hip.
Then keeping chest upright swing lifted leg behind hips.
Continue forward & back at a moderate to fast pace.
Continue for 30sec to reach the 60s-70s mobility range.
Continue for 60sec to reach the 40s-50s mobility range.
