Mobility Test Two (60s-70s):
90° & 90° Leg Swings
Instruction Reminders:
Begin in a seated position with both knees at 90° and hips at 90°.
Keep hands lifted off of the ground.
Lift side knee & ankle off of the ground.
Keep leg lifted and straighten leg.
Then swing leg around to front to come perpendicular to front shin.
Still lifted swing leg back to the side.
Then bend the knee to return to the ground at a 90° angle.
