Bonus Mobility Test (60s-70s):
Seated on yoga block
Instruction Reminders:
Begin in a kneeling position on the tops of your feet.
Separate feet and knees, wider than hip width.
Place a yoga block on the medium dimension between ankles.
Lower hips down between ankles onto the yoga block.
Come to a full seat on the block with ankles beside hips.
