Mobility Test Two (40s-50s):
Pigeon Pose
Instruction Reminders:
Start in a plank position.
Bring one foot to forward toes to opposite wrist.
Then bring forward knee to behind the same side wrist.
Next lower the back knee down.
Then use back toes to lift knee and inchworm the leg back.
Come down to forearms to the floor.
Walk forearms forward.
Relax chest towards the ground.
